Aviation Services is a business area within the Aeronatics business area. We primarily work with support solutions within civil and military aviation and operate a business with a complex regulatory requirement profile. The central quality staff has a very important function here as we provide resources both within our aviation permits and our overarching quality management systems for ISO 9001 and EN 9110.

We are now looking for a Compliance Monitoring Manager for the business area's Part-145 permit (component maintenance within SE-EMAR, EASA, FAA, and UK CAA). Your main tasks will consist of, within the permit organization:

• Develop and maintain the audit program
• Plan, execute, and follow up on audits according to the audit program
• Monitor changes to current regulations
• Review applications and approve personnel qualifications
• Review applications and approve changes to the organization's Shop Capability List
• Participate in the development and implementation of training
• Maintain contact with relevant authorities regarding permit issues
• Report status regarding requirement compliance to the Accountable Manager

Your Profile

As a person, you are good at communicating and find it easy to collaborate with other people. You are proactive, have an independent working style, and a strong desire to find solutions. To succeed in the role, you need the ability to lead teams to collaboration and engagement. You also have good analytical skills, are meticulous, curious, and driven by the desire to improve operations.

We are looking for you who have:

• Knowledge and experience of maintenance within the aviation sector
• Understanding of aviation rules and standards, such as EASA, SE-EMAR, and ICAO
• Technical interest and good computer skills, including the Office suite
• Ability to express yourself clearly in speech and writing in both Swedish and English
• Category B driver's license, as travel within and outside Sweden may occur.

It is meritorious if you also have:

• An aircraft engineer education
• Experience of quality audits and knowledge of audit techniques
• Experience of problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of the EN 9110 standard and its application
• Knowledge of Safety Management Systems.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current regulations for security clearance. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship. The position also requires that you undergo an approval process with civil and military aviation authorities.

Location: Linköping or Arboga.
